• Provide prompt and user-friendly, tier-1 technical support (troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, installations, consulting, training, etc.) to a variety of public and private entities. Support to be provided both remotely and onsite as needed.
• Maintain an excellent customer service rating measured by end user surveys, and written testimonials/letters of recommendation from clients.
• Ensure all assigned tickets are thoroughly documented in our support system.
• Participate in ongoing IT education and company sponsored certifications to advance your knowledge and career.
• 1+ year of recent professional experience providing IT support related services
• Professional presentation and customer service oriented attitude.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to efficiently identify the root cause of an issue and resolve.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for staying up to date with current IT standards and technologies.
• Must have a clean driving record and background.
